Hello Wabash Valley,
Been awhile but I didn’t think anybody read these newsletters but I was wrong heard a couple of complaints so I thought
I would put something in , sorry.
It’s been sort of a leisurely past couple of months. In July we had a camping trip to Little Lusk Trail Lodge. Everyone
had a great time by the way Randy your mom said you should of came down she wouldn’t have embarrassed you, much, lol
just kidding. However there is another camping trip in the works to go back down for a weekend. In August we postponed the
ride to Giant City Lodge and went to Burrell Woods in Carmi for a cookout and meeting.
So much for the past couple of months now for future events. September 3rd, Grayville Days Bike Show, remember
this is a freebie with awards for Mayors Choice, Queens Choice, and Peoples Choice. In the confusion we had last year we are
going to hold this event in Tequila Sheila’s parking lot from 12:00 to 3:00. So grab the old scoot and bring it down.
September 30th Buehlers Buy Low in Mt Carmel a grill& bake sell will be going on from 10:00 till 5or 6.
They will be setting up around 9:00, and ladies and gents Barb will need some baked goods and a little help. If you can
help or have some bake good for her call Barb Curtis at 618-262-3279.
October 15th at the White County Fair Grounds in Carmi we will be hosting a Vendor Fair and depending on any
interested maybe a Corn Hole Tournament. More on this next month.
Raffle tickets for $300 gift certificates from Wissels Bow Stop in Albion and Pixley’s Guns in Mt Carmel will soon
be up for sell. The drawing for these will be at the ECCKO Broomstick Tournament at the VFW in Mt Carmel in November. Date
and time will be forth coming.
That is about it for this month,
Be seen, Be heard, Ride safe
